  • TNF Amazon Prime
    Channel 9526 was a black screen for TNF. The Internet was connected by WiFi to Directv and the signal was strong. My LG TV streamed the game just fine. What do I need to do to get TNF on channel 9526?

    I live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Until today, I was able to enjoy MeTV using channel 55 with my DirecTV service. I had seen the notation on screen that it was about to move, but did not make note of the new channel number. Where do I tune in for MeTV now?

  • Fast forward or rewind problem
    When I fast forward or rewind the info bar for how long that is left in the show isn’t showing on the screen. Is there a way that this can be fixed?

    I can watch all my channels but when I check the signal strength and signal meter screens it is blank, no numbers it comes up just dashes. And the signal strength screen it doesn’t populate any data? What will happen if I reset it?

  • Direct TV channels on new Sony Bravia TV
    I just bought a new Sony Bravia TV. Whenever I look at the local channels or my TV streaming services, the picture fits the full screen of my tv. However, when I view a Direct tv channel it only fills up about 75% of my screen. This is true for all the Direct Tv channels. This is the same Direct Tv receiver that I have had since 2004 a model H25/500. Is it possible that this receiver is incompatible with the newer Sont tv sets? I went into the picture settings on both the Sony TV and Direct TV to switch settings but nothing changed. Also had Sony tech support to remote into my tv and they said I had all the latest updates and everything was fine with the Sony TV. Appreciate any help you can give me in this matter.

  • DirectTV account login issues///Trying to purchase a Stream package
    So...after much thought and consideration I finally decided that I wanted to purchase Direct TV Stream. I thought this would be as easy as logging in and creating account and then purchasing the Choice package. That was about two hours ago.  It all started when a screen asked me to log in and provide my password, which I interpreted as meaning my AT&T password. When I provided an incorrect password, it asked me to create a new password (after account verification with a text to my cellphone). I completed the password change, at which point it advised me that I already have a Direct TV Satellite account (which I don't) and that I needed to log on to Directtv.com. When I go back to directtv.com, enter my username with my new password, I am told that it doesn't recognize the password.  After a phone conversation and an online chat with customer service, I was advised that my email address is associate with an old Uverse account and that I should offer up my credit card over the phone or in the user chat, including an upsell effort that I should order equipment?? This seemed unusual to me and I did not feel comfortable with signing up.  This is yet another disappointing AT&T customer experience, and very frustrating. Here I am trying to subscribe and all I get is reminded of why I left AT&T cable (in 2004) and Uverse (in 2014). Now I don't know if I'm ever going back.
