- Sign in to Account Overview.
Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.
- Select Profile.
- Select Communication Preferences.
- If you subscribe to multiple products or services, choose from the drop-down menu.
Heads up: This update will opt you out of most communications, but not all. We may need to notify you regarding account status or service outages.
