Find out how to check, change, reschedule, or cancel your service repair or installation appointment.

Check your appointment online

  1. Sign in to your Appointments page.
  2. Review the details of your upcoming appointment: Date, time and approximate duration, your technician’s arrival window, and appointment status.
  3. Need to reschedule or cancel your repair appointment? No problem – just follow the on-screen prompts. Installation appointments cannot be cancelled online at this time.
  4. To receive reminders, sign up for Appointment Alerts. We’ll text or call you with a reminder on the day of your appointment. We’ll also let you know when your tech’s due to arrive.

Good to know:

  • Installation appointments cannot be cancelled online at this time.
  • If you have multiple DIRECTV appointments, the first one scheduled will display in the Appointment Tracker. Once it completes, the details of your next appointment will display.
  • If you have multiple accounts, select the account associated with the appointment.
