- Watch Direct away from home while at a family member’s house I tried to use our login information to access Fox Sports through the Fox Sporta Go Fire Stick. II was able to login fine but when I accessed the blue jackets game it said “your cable provider does not provide access to this program.” Shouldn’t I be able to watch this since all of the Fox Sports channels are included in my package?

- Genie II Problems with previously recorded programs from a different DVR I recently upgraded to the Genie II from Genie. Now almost all my previously recorded programs can not be viewed. I receive the statement "All or part of this program was not recorded due to a problem at broadcast time." Is there anyway to recover these recordings?

- Genie II to older surround sound I have the Genie mini (c41w-100) that I would like to connect to an older Insignia surround sound (NS-H2002-U) how can this be done? The "tech" who installed these little pieces of trash, un hooked my surround sound from old directv box and just left the wires hanging of the back of my surround sound.
