Check your DIRECTV STREAM user ID
If you have more than one ID for AT&T, be sure to use your DIRECTV STREAM ID when you sign in to DIRECTV app.

When you sign in to DIRECTV STREAM, make sure you enter the user ID that you created when you signed up for your service. You’ll use this ID for:
- Watching at stream.directv.com
- Managing your account at directv.com
- Streaming from the DIRECTV app
If you have any other AT&T user IDs, such as for a wireless or U-verse® TV account, you can continue to manage those accounts at att.com or myAT&T app.
