  • Getting 771 on only a few channels
    12 to 15 of my 120+ channels give me a 771 error message, or say that something is wrong and I can watch the program in SD.  When checking the signal strength on a couple of satellites half of the transponders are at 95 or 97, but the other half are 0 and then all of a sudden they are all 97.  It doesn't matter if its a clear blue sky or full of rain or snow.

  • Direct TV remote not changing the channel
    Direct TV remote turns on and off the tv and adjusts volume, but won't change the channel. I've turned it off and restarted it and refreshed it, but no change. There is a little yellow light to the right of the Blue Direct TV logo. Any idea how to fix it so the remote changes channels?

  • Genie remote turned on all by itself
    This morning at 4:30am, my Genie remote turned on al by itself. Blue light came on then little yellow that eventually turned green also came on. After a few minutes it turned off again. My remote was sitting on a table. Is this normal?
