Jim and Jason attempt to transform a 1971 Cutlass into a street-eating hot rod, but Jim must look past the booger-green beast to reveal the beauty beneath; Carol challenges the entire family to a race to defend her title.

Jim and Jason head to Montana to track down a 1958 Chevy Apache; to maximize the value of the flip, the family hatches a plan to acquire a V8 engine in exchange for a shopping spree.
