Chef JJ hops in the kitchen and lays out some appetizers and desserts to die for. He makes chicken tika kebobs with shishito peppers followed by a biscuit strawberry short cake with fresh whipped cream.

It's the ultimate, Afro-Caribbean meal for Host/Commentator & talk show Executive Producer Jawn Murray. Chef JJ cooks up tender and delicious oxtails in gravy, served with sauteed cabbage, and brown rice and beans.

JJ hits the kitchen and cooks up seafood, seafood, and more seafood! He starts off with char broiled oysters in a garlic and ginger sauce. Then gives more New Orleans vibes with a shrimp and crawfish etouffee over rice.

It's a pizza party for adults, the guests are getting good food and JJ is getting good financial tips. Chef JJ makes a truffle mushroom pizza, and a flat bread smoked trout pizza, a special cocktail called a cheer-royale.

JJ brings out the best for Sunday dinner! He cooks up a slow cooked braised short ribs in a creamy gravy served with garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. For dessert it's a mixed berry compote over ice cream.

Wine entrepreneur Robin McBride brings the wine from her vineyard for this episode. Chef JJ pairs the white wine with a simple salad topped with pesto, then pairs the red wine with lamb and pan seared purple broccoli.

Pasta is on the menu and JJ cooks up a meal that is delicious and satisfying. First it's a Cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo seasoned to perfection. Then it's a 3 cheese lasagna with spicy sausage and spinach.

Chef JJ cooks up a healthy & filling meal for R & B singer Eric Roberson. On the menu is creamy chicken noodle soup loaded with vegetables and flavor. Then he makes a seared salmon over kale, apple and cranberry salad.

Chef JJ heads to the local farmers market, and buys Honey nut squash to make squash ravioli, then he gathers lettuce and other veggies along with roasted chicken to make a seasonal salad topped with homemade butter milk dressing.
