In a remote part of the Wild Woods, Hanni makes a remarkable discovery: a big rock formation that looks like a dragon; Hanni names it Dragon Rock and invites people from all over the Wild Woods to come and check it out.

Po makes a momentous discovery in her garden: an enormous watermelon; the Forest Friends are impressed; Ty-Ty measures it and declares it to be the largest watermelon in the history of the Wild Woods; Po is so proud.

Summer has arrived early, and with it, Hanni's pal Warby; Warby is a migratory kingfisher bird; usually Warby sings beautifully when she arrives, but not this year.

Ty-Ty frantically pounds on Hanni's door because his latest invention, a water wheel for irrigating crops, has gone awry and it's dumping water into the Wild Woods.

The Forest Friends can't wait to eat Po's famous springtime vegetable soup; Po has a bad crop of garlic, and without that, she refuses to make her soup; Hanni thinks she knows a way to get Po to make the soup after all.

Hanni wants to spread the word about taking care of the forest; Coo suggests they put on a talent show, with good forest practices as the theme; Hanni thinks it's a great idea, but worries that Coo may just use the show to become famous.
