Paige learns about the unique culture of Thessaloniki, Greece, where the country's seafood and products converge; at the School of Aristotle, she tracks peach desserts back to a tree presented by Alexander the Great.

Paige teams up with local TV host Diego Alfaro to tour the cuisine capital of Latin America, learning about the heavy Aztec influence in the food and drink; a local rock star and fashion icon join Paige and Diego for a ustensil-free Sri Lankan meal.

Mexico

Paige visits the British tea plantations; in the jungle she learns cooking from one of the original tribes; on the coast, she picks up tips from celebrity chef Publis Silva; in Sri Lanka, logistical problems complicate the Serbian meal planned.

Sri-Lanka

After a tour of Turkish-influenced Belgrade, Paige travels to the Northern capital of Novi Sad, where Austrian roots run deep, and prepares a typical American Thanksgiving dinner for a local family.
