Find out how to pay your DIRECTV bill online and update your automatic bill pay information.
Account access & balance info:
- For your protection and privacy, only the account owner can view and pay bills online at directv.com.
- If your current balance doesn’t display online, check back. It takes a few days from the billing period close date before details are available online.
To make a payment online
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Enter the desired amount for your payment.
- Select either Checking account or Credit Card for payment method.
- For Checking – enter your bank’s routing number and checking account number.
- For Credit Card – use an existing card on file or select Use another credit/debit card.
- Review your information and select Pay Bill to complete.
Tip: Check the Recent Activity section for any recent account activity.
Update autopay payment method:
- Go to Billing & Payments.
- Select Settings > Update payment details.
- Update your desired payment method.
- Select Update to complete.
Note: Your newly selected payment method should take effect on your next bill. Changing your payment method may also affect your selected autopay date.
