Important information
- Suspensions must be between 30 days and 9 months.
- Some accounts with special offers can’t suspend.
- You can’t suspend if you have a balance due.
- We extend your service agreement so you pick up where you left off when you come back . For instance, if you have six months left on your agreement when you suspend, you will still have six months left on your agreement when your service resumes.
- Any recurring or promo credits will be cancelled.
- If you have a sports subscription, you’ll still be responsible for the installment payments.
- If you have a third-party subscription like Netflix or Peacock through DIRECTV, it will be canceled.
- Other conditions may apply. Your agent will fill you in.
