Need to know what happens after you cancel DIRECTV via satellite service?

 

  • If you were in a free trial, your cancellation will be immediate and you won’t be charged.
  • If you have a contract, we’ll let you know if you need to pay a fee for early cancellation.
  • You can access your billing info for up to a year after canceling. We’ll keep a record of your bills and purchases in case you want to refer to them. Just use your existing login info.
  • Your TV Package, add-ons and streaming services will be canceled. Prices may increase if you restart.
  • Your recordings will be erased.
  • If you had equipment, you’ll get an email from us to let you know if you have any equipment that needs to be returned to avoid a non-return fee. You can find detailed info. on returning equipment here.
