Cancel an upcoming auto payment

To cancel an upcoming auto payment:

1. Go to Billing & Payments.
2. Select Settings or Manage Account (depending on your account profile).
3. Select Cancel in the AutoPay Settings area.
4. Review the info and select Yes, Cancel it.

Keep in mind: Remember to make a payment by the due date to avoid a late fee.

Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.
