Manage billing contact info in your DIRECTV account

Update your DIRECTV STREAM profile

Need to update the contact info and settings for your directv.com account?

1. Sign in at directv.com.
2. From your Profile tab, choose from the following options:
• Change your password
• Change contact phone number
• Manage privacy preference settings
• Change contact email address
3. Enter your new info and select Save Changes.

Heads up!
DIRECTV uses your contact email to notify you about paperless billing updates, entertainment package changes, marketing communications, and account alerts.

Update Billing Info

1. Go to Billing & Payments.
2. Select Change in My Payment Info and choose from the following:
• Update Payment Method
• Manage Payment Type (credit card, paypal)

Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.
