How to reactivate DIRECTV via internet service
Heads Up! Customers who reactivate their DIRECTV via internet service after cancelling will restart the 24-month contract. For more information on the DIRECTV via internet contract agreement, go here.
- Sign into your DIRECTV via Internet account using your user ID and password.
- Select the Forgot Password on the sign in screen if password needs to be reset.
Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.
- Click the Shop DIRECTV STREAM Packages.
- Follow steps to add package/options to the cart.
- Review the monthly charge and bill cycle date.
- Select OK in the next screen to restart subscription.
- Select Close on the following confirmation screen.
Heads Up! If an error occurs at any point, try the above steps again and if error continues, sign out of the account, clear cache, and cookies, and then sign back in.
- An email confirmation will be sent.
