Use your DIRECTV login to manage your account and stream TV
Want to update your payment information with a new card number, revised expiration date, or corrected address? Or, did you receive notice that your bill couldn't be processed with your current payment info? Here’s how to update it.
- Sign in and go to your Billing & Payments page.
- Select Change under My payment info.
- You may update your payment method and billing address under the Update payment method page.
- Alternatively, you may select PayPal as a payment method.
- Once done, select save.
Note: You can’t change your bill period date.
If you signed up for DIRECTV through Fire TV, go to amazon.com to update your payment info.
Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.
Amazon Fire TV
- Sign into your account at Amazon.com
- In the top right corner click Hello, (Your Name) Accounts & Lists
- Then select Your Payments
- From there you may add, remove, or select a card as the Default Payment Method

Roku
- Sign into your account at my.roku.com
- Click Update under Payment method.
- Enter new credit card and/or billing address, click Save
