Error codes 630 or 632: Unable to Connect

Error codes 630 and 632 display when your DIRECTV Gemini device loses connection to your Wireless Video Bridge or main receiver.

Fix an "unable to connect" error

If you see error code 630 or 632, your Gemini device is unable to connect to your Wireless Video Bridge or your main Genie receiver. To troubleshoot, try the following:

  • Make sure your main receiver and Wireless Video Bridge are powered on and connected to your home internet.
  • Check for the green light on your Gemini device. If it’s not green, move the Gemini device closer to the Wireless Video Bridge equipment.
  • Select Try Again or Get Connected on-screen for another attempt to connect.
