If you see Video Connection Lost or error codes 620, 621, 622, 623, 624, or 625 on your TV screen, one of your DIRECTV receivers has lost connection. Follow the prompts on your TV screen to begin troubleshooting. These tips include:
- Checking the connecting cables on your Genie Mini or Gemini receiver(s) for a tight fit.
- On your main Genie receiver, press and release the red button quickly to restart receivers. (Heads up: this will interrupt your service for a few minutes.)
- Reset your Genie Mini or Gemini receiver(s) by pressing the red reset button.
