Use your checking account, debit card, or credit card to automatically pay your DIRECTV bill each month.

  1. Sign in to Billing & Payments.

Important Note: DIRECTV has introduced an extra step to enhance your security when you log into your directv.com account. In addition to your username and password, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your email or phone number on file. After entering the code, simply follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process and securely access your account.

    1. Select Settings or Manage Account (Depending on your account profile).
    2. Select Sign up under Autopay Settings.
    3. Choose a payment method: Checking account or Credit/debit card.
    4. Complete the required info and select Enroll.

Heads up! It can take up to a bill period for automatic payments to start. Pay as usual until you see autopay is scheduled followed by a date in one of these places:

    • Paper bill: Look in the upper-right corner of the first page.
    • Online: Go to Billing & Payments > Settings and look for Enrolled under Autopay Settings.

If your account is past due, you cannot enroll in automatic payments. Please make a full payment as soon as possible to enroll.
