On April 7, 2022, ZenKey will no longer offer sign in services on our websites. Once it’s removed, you’ll have to use your AT&T user ID and password to sign in to your AT&T account or services.

We’ll continue to work to provide you with security tools to keep your info safe.

It’s easy to recover your AT&T user ID or reset your password. Choose the one you need:
  • Find your ID
  • Reset your password
Need help signing in to another service? Check with that provider for more details.

All you have to do is remove the app from your phone. We’ll do the rest, including removing your ZenKey profile from your AT&T user ID. Don’t worry, this won’t affect the security of your account.
