Why did I get error message 50007-001?
If you see this error, your DVR is out of storage space. Go to My Library and delete recordings to free up space.
Why did I get error message 60001-001 or 60001-002?
This means something went wrong and we couldn't record your content. Close DIRECTV STREAM and restart your device. Then, try again.
Why did I get error message 60001-003?
If you see this error, you can't record this show right now. Try again later, or see if you can record it from another device.
Why did I get error message 60001-004?
You'll see this error if you try to record something that isn't in your TV package. Learn how to add channels
Why did I get error message 60001-005 or 60001-006?
This means something went wrong and we couldn't record your program. Close DIRECTV STREAM and restart your device. Then, try again.
Why did I get error message 60002-001 or 60002-002?
You'll get this error if we can't delete a recording from your playlist. Close DIRECTV STREAM and restart your device. Then, try deleting it again.
Why did I get error message 60004-001 or 60004-002?
This error means we can't show your playlist right now. Wait a few minutes and look for your playlist again. Or, try using a different device.
Why did I get error message 60007-002 or 60007-003?
If you see this, something went wrong and we can't display your playlist. Restart your DIRECTV device. Then, try again.
