- DirecTv stopped accepting control from Alexa Alexa (Amazon Echo) will no longer control my DirecTV Genie. I have deleted the devices, deleted the skill, reninstalled the skill, rediscovered devices, reset the receiver, nothing works. Alexa responds as if it is interacting with the Genie Reciever (“Tuning to xx on DirecTV”) but nothing happens. This had been working great until two days ago, and then just quit. Very frustrating

- RC72 remote wont change to RF on HH 44-500 receiver. I have an RC72 remote. My receiver is HH 44-500. I'm doing menu > settings > program remote > IR/RF setup > 'RF' > continue then I follow the steps. These are the steps verbatim as how they appear:"Press and hold [MUTE] & [ENTER] at the same time. If nothing happens, try again. If no success message displays within 2 minutes, yout recover did not pair. Time left: xx seconds" I'm doing everything it says but nothing happens. I've tried multiple times to no success and eventually a 'RF Setup Unsucessful' screen pops up. I was planning on also programming my remote to my tv (LG) but since the most recent UI changes, I dont see the option to program it to a tv. I believe I first need to switch it to RF.
