  • Not receiving NHL Center Ice
    I have the NHL Center Ice package and was watching games this weekend. However, now I am getting an error code "721" for every station in the package. And I cannot find any information on the ATT/Directv portals! Does anyone else have this problem?

    Just noticed today I cannot view anything on my laptop or my firestick using DirecTV log in credentials.  Worked fine last weekend and the 52 weeks before that.  On the firestick, it says Video Not Available.  On my laptop it loads the previews and program guide, but when you click on anything it's just blank. Thanks

  • At& T Direct TV Station disputes
    What kind of service is AT&T and Direct TV pulling here. On the 4th of July the local NBC stations was pulled because of Nexstar this lasted all Summer and on Labor Day weekend the station was back on the air. Now they are at it again with threating the removal of the local CBS stations because of a dispute with Sinclair. Next I guess we will have to go through 3 months of this crap then it will be whoever owns the local ABC stations. I am totally ready to just say forget about all Cable or satellite TV viewing and go back to the good old days of keeping my money in my pocket and laying off the High Blood Pressure meds and just watch the free tv stations and read books. This is a SCAM that the customers are being punished for paying high way robbery payments to continue going through these disputes annually. GROW UP an stop being the low minded kid that takes his ball and refuses to play unless you get your way. You are teaching people like me to live WITHOUT Cable, Satellite and PAID TV Viewing.

  • Snow in Kansas City affecting Chiefs game
    Last weekend's Chiefs/Colts game was unviewable using DirectTV (presumably because of the snow sitting on my dish).  I cannot find a DirectTV app for Apple TV that would allow me to watch live TV.  The iphone/ipad app was not giving me an option to watch any local channels during the game.  I was only able to watch the game on a computer from nbc.com and then pushed that to my TV.   I'm worried about the game this weekend now.  We still have inches of snow on the ground and we're expecting another sizeable storm on Saturday.  This game is on CBS which does not have free streaming for DirecTV subscribers.   So, my question is:  If satellite broadcast is unavailable through DirecTV because of the snow, is CBS going to be available through DirecTV apps on any devices?  If not, is an over-the-air antenna going to be my best best for watching this game?Thanks!

  • Having trouble connecting a secondary box at our camper…..we have done this at least 87 times before
    Having trouble connecting my camper Directv box.  The Directv Tech Support team gave me a  phone 401.608.8925 for support for my issue at had.  I have never, ever had to do this secondary phone number thing which I found weird, but I stupidly followed the instructions.  The "SUPPORT" number given is apparently a support line for Trak Phones and Trak phone devices customers and has nothing to do with Directv that I could garner.When I finally reached a human being, Bob, who BTW was very kind, but was  annoyed that Directv had been throwing any and all of their "difficult or not easily managed by the touch of a button or that they just didn't want to deal with" the Trak Phone customer service line was EXTREMELY unhappy that I was shuffled to them!!!I have been using two remote boxes for the past 6+ years….1 we use on our camper and 1 on our tailgate at Clemson.  We moved the camper this weekend and SIMPLY needed to call to have a signal shot to the box (as always) so that my Hubby & Brother could enjoy their well deserved time off doing whatever men do in the woods watching their Beloved Tigers at the same time as enjoying the outdoors life.Can Someone….Anyone…..PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP me solve this problem ASAP…I have been on the phone since 2:07pm today and I Have not resolved a thing!!!! it is 5;27 pm right now!!!  Imagineer my frustration!Thank you in advance!!!
