To cut down on the number of programs I use keyword autorecord. For example I have 'House Hunters' or HH that used to get me HH, HH Int'l, HH Renovation and others. The autorecord for 'House Hunters' right now shows zero programs to record but the series program for HH has 10 and HH Int'l has 8. I have a Genie Model: HR44-500. Anything that can be done except enter all the series programs and abandon keyword searching? Do the DirecTV programmers monitor this forum or do I need to submit a bug?
