  • Streaming with a Roku device out of home market
I understand the limitations on using DirectTV Stream out of my home market.  I have two homes, one in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (my home market) and another in Wilmington, NC.  Since I haven't mastered being in two places at one time, I will typically only be streaming on one device at a time (DirectTV stream box when I am in FL) and Roku TV in NC.  My question is will I get the correct local channels when I am in NC?  Some of the things I read here lead me to believe I will get the the Florida locals even though that is contrary to everything I know about the regulations regarding local TV broadcasts, so I need clarification before I subscribe.  I know YouTube TV allows me to do this correctly (with locals being correct based on IP address geolocation, but DirectTV does not seem as clear on this.

  • Billing is not correct
I see my "promotion" discount is in month 11 of 12 months. I was verbally told I'd get 24 months at the price on my statement. I need the price to stay the same through 12 months more, OR, (as I was going to do last year ) I'll switch back to DISH and take advantage of their $300 prepaid Mastercard Deal.

  • Connecting my HR24R in my RV problems...HELP!!
I have an SL5 LNB dish, an HR24R in the living area and an H24-100 in the master bed area and can't get them to read a satellite signal.  I tried them in the house before putting them in the RV and they worked fine, but when I hook them up now, I get the 775 and 771 code.  I also get the 'need the B-Band converter', so I found one and installed it; still no Direct TV.  I took it out and installed a MSPLIT2R1-03 SMiM splitter between the outlet and the H24; still get the 775 and 771 codes (tried it with and without the B-Band converter)  Am wondering if I need an SWiM adapter?  I THINK we had one at the home install (not there, so I can't check it).  Also, would I need an adapter for the H24-100 in the bdrm?  Last, I also installed the Cinema Connection Kit and do get connectivity (question here..do I need to run a cable from the wall to the CCK, then from the CCK to the HR24?)  Thanks for your help!
