I have Extra Innings package, can watch game but programming stops right after game and can't see post game interviews. Have 2 neighbors that have SAME package but they can see post game stuff. Any ideas?? Not getting much help from Direct!!!

When I do a search on Rio Olympics it comes up page upon page of old on-demand recordings of previous olympic events in the unsorted episodes window some of which are only a 1 or 2 long. There are hundreds of them. It takes forever to get to today's programming, you have to scroll through page after page of this stuff. What is the point of keeping a 1 minute interview and putting it here? What a pain. 

I am upgrading to Genie but would like to keep a program on my old DVR(an interview of myself by a local TV channel).  How can I do that ?
