I want to cancel my subscription to MLB sports and any other regional subscriptions.  I do not believe that the decision to move the all star game was made with the majkority of citizens involved.  When you let me pick up a ticket without showing an ID, I mightconsider returning, but I doubt it.

I received a call yesterday from Tony (Rep # AP680) offering me a senior citizen discount on my account of $50 per month for 5 years, but there was an activation fee of $99.99 that would be refunded to me in 6 months.  To activate I couldn't have the activation fee billed on my account - I had to give him a credit card number.  This sounded too good to be true, but I'm hoping it is true.   Can you please let me know if this was a legit offer?

Hi I want to know why my bill went up over $67.00 per month. I am a senion citizen and have been in shelter in place for almost a month. I did try to go to an ATT store but nobody could help me and it was not safe for me to wait. I have been on hold 5 times for over an hour and a half for the last three weeks. Nobody comes to the phone to help. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford the increase. I have been a loyal good paying cusomter for at least 8 years please contact me.
