Detroit Pistons vs. Chicago Bulls
The rivalry between the Pistons and Bulls was especially fierce during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Known as the “Bad Boys” vs. “Jordan’s Bulls,” the two teams clashed in four consecutive playoff series from 1988 to 1991. The Pistons’ physical play was a defining feature of their battles, as they repeatedly eliminated the Bulls before Michael Jordan eventually led Chicago past Detroit en route to the Bulls’ dynasty. This rivalry remains one of the most famous in NBA history.
