As of January 8, 2025, the 30th annual Critics Choice Awards have been postponed from its original air date of January 12, due to the LA wildfires.
There has yet to be any announcement of when the event will be rescheduled for. This post will be updated as more information is released.

How to Watch the Critics Choice Awards?
You can tune in to the Critics Choice Awards on E! or Peacock to watch the ceremony live. 2025 will be the first year the awards ceremony will be hosted by its new television host, NBCUniversal.
When are the Critics Choice Awards?
As mentioned above, the awards were set to take place on Sunday, January 12th at 7 p.m. ET, but were postponed until further notice due to the most destructive wildfire in Los Angeles’ history.
While we don’t know the rescheduled date for the awards, viewers can expect the event to start at 7 p.m. ET on E! and Peacock.
Who is Hosting?
For the third consecutive year, comedian and actor Chelsea Handler is set to the be host of the CCAs.
2025 Top TV & Film Nominations
Each year, the Critics Choice Association honors the highest achievements in film and television, and the 2024 year is expected to be a highly competitive one.
With 11 nominations each, Wicked and Conclave are the standout films from 2024. Dune: Part Two and Emilia Pérez follow closely behind with ten nominations each.
Leading the TV nominations is Shōgun, FX’s breakout limited series based on James Clavell’s novel set in 1600 feudal Japan, with six nominations. Behind Shōgun are the following programs, each with four nominations:
