Reality star and "King of Infidelity" Trace McEvans goes on a "baby-moon" trip with Hanna, his pregnant, self-centered wife, to a luxurious resort in the unstable country of Cartegentina. When Trace gets kidnapped by a local band of rebels and Hanna risks her own life to go after him, their adventures amid a hilarious mix of good-hearted rebels, very aggressive Greenpeace agents and a community-minded sheriff inspire them to get back together.
