After running a seaside roller coaster over the summer, Pierre (Jordan Frieda) is forced to remain for the off-season when he's robbed of his earnings. His girlfriend, Kelly (Dominique Swain), who's the daughter of the owner, asks Pierre to steal her father's jewels, and former thief Harry (Dennis Hopper) teaches Pierre how to burgle. Meanwhile, handyman Simeon (David Murray) is bedding the owner's wife, Eileen (Gina Gershon), who wants him to kill her husband.
