Chef JJ shows us some rice dishes that are great for the main meal and for dessert. On the menu is seafood paella with clams, mussels, shrimp and lobster. Then it's sticky rice topped with coconut cream & mango sauce.

Wine entrepreneur Robin McBride brings the wine from her vineyard for this episode. Chef JJ pairs the white wine with a simple salad topped with pesto, then pairs the red wine with lamb and pan seared purple broccoli.

Pasta is on the menu and JJ cooks up a meal that is delicious and satisfying. First it's a Cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo seasoned to perfection. Then it's a 3 cheese lasagna with spicy sausage and spinach.

Chef JJ cooks up a healthy & filling meal for R & B singer Eric Roberson. On the menu is creamy chicken noodle soup loaded with vegetables and flavor. Then he makes a seared salmon over kale, apple and cranberry salad.

Chef JJ heads to the local farmers market, and buys Honey nut squash to make squash ravioli, then he gathers lettuce and other veggies along with roasted chicken to make a seasonal salad topped with homemade butter milk dressing.

If you love crab cakes then JJ's Crab Cake BLT is for you. JJ invites over his good friend, celebrity handbag designer Sherone Barber, and lays out a crab cake sandwich that's filling and flavorful. Then it's a JJ style Moscow Mule.

Chef JJ cooks up one pot pasta dishes that will become your super simple go to meals. He makes a chicken and penne pasta with a little Cajun kick then it's pasta with shrimp in a creamy pesto sauce.

In this episode Chef JJ cooks up a healthy, hearty meal, with his vegan friends in mind. Pilar Scratch and Lexi Gonzales get a top notch meatless treat. He makes a creamy vegan risotto, then cooks up a black rice salad.

Chef JJ invites over longtime friend Kamal Grant, owner of Sublime Donuts, the hottest go to spot in Atlanta. On the dinner menu are juicy pork chops and apple sauce served with a light refreshing daiquiri with a special JJ spin.

In this episode Chef JJ has some special recipes just for the kids, he kicks things off with a Pasta Bolognese. Then he lays out a ramen noodle dish that is the best homemade ramen you will ever eat.

JJ hits the kitchen with one of the food world best and brightest Paola Velez drops by and they cook up and oxtails rice and bean and old time favorite. Then Paola give JJ a lesson on how to make the perfect black and white cookie.
