How do I connect my DIRECTV to Internet?
Press the Menu button on your remote
Select Settings
Select Internet Setup
Select Connect Now
Choose your wireless network and enter your password
Select Continue
Wait for the Set Up Complete screen
If you're reconnecting to the internet, you can select Reconnect Now. If your box was previously connected to the network but has since lost connection, you can click on "Restore Defaults".
You can also connect your HD DVR to the internet by connecting one end of an ethernet cable to the port on the back of the receiver, and the other end to the ethernet port on the back of the wireless router. Once connected to your network, you'll see the Internet Setup Successful screen.
